About the role

This is a unique role for a Customer Service Manager to join our world-class customer success and support team that helps our operators compete on a daily basis. 

Busify features a world class product and cutting edge brand, making it truly differentiated in the charter bus software industry. You will be working directly with our Head of Customer Success on scaling our customer service efforts and optimizing our reputation.  
 
You'll be responsible for helping our customers succeed and for executing and refining our customer support strategy.

In this role, you will

  • 5+ years of relevant customer support experience, preferably in a SaaS
  • You are passionate about helping others
  • In-depth knowledge of customer support strategies and troubleshooting methods  
  • Excellent attention to detail  
  • You are scrappy and can wear multiple hats 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
  • Comfortable leading customer calls  
  • Bachelor's degree from a top-ranked institution
  • Experience in transportation or B2B is a plus 
  • Experience working in HubSpot preferred
